If you cancel your retreat ticket more than 4 weeks before the retreat, you will receive a full refund (minus Paypal fees). If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the retreat you will not receive a refund. We may be able to help you to find someone to transfer your ticket to if you are unable to attend less than 4 weeks before the retreat.
How do I get my PDF pattern?
You can download your pattern by going into your account, going into the My Downloadable Products section and choosing to download the file. This should be available immediately but you'll receive an email to confirm your order has been completed successfully.
How many times can I download my PDF pattern?
You can currently download your pattern as many times as you wish.
What should I do before starting my project?
For PDF patterns, we advise you to print out the test square in the pattern to ensure that your printer is printing at the correct size before cutting out. If the PDF isn't printing at the correct size, we have some tips on how to adjust your printer here.
We also recommend that you read the pattern through before starting.
What if I run into difficulties?

When will you post my order?
We aim to post-physical orders within 2 working days of receiving your order using Royal Mail 1st class (or courier for orders over 1kg). Delivery times may vary. If you have not received your paper patterns after 2 weeks, please contact us at mrsh@mrs-h.com quoting your order number. If you have pre-ordered an item, we will post your order as close to the release date as we can. We will update about any changes to release dates via our social media pages, our newsletter, and on the product page itself.
