We just returned from our trip to Playa del Carmen using BookVIP.com. I love using BookVIP.com and recommend it to everyone I meet. The upgraded suite was amazing! We stayed in the Grande Luxxe Deluxxe part. The resort staff at Vidanta was very nice and the place was beautiful. The many pools were gorgeous with plenty of seating.

Google them before you purchase any "promotions". LOTS of complaints regarding bookVIP.com . And don't go by their hilarious "testimonials" featured on their site. They're all video recorded and REAL customers (such as myself) are unable to provide feedback since they've apparently decided on a definitive video testimonial montage. Ridiculous.
