Epic pass sent me the paperwork to fill in as I had bought the insurance. They NEVER REPLIED and the CC company said that the investigation had not been positive so they charged me. Called and emailed and called and nothing happened.

The resorts are lovely - but GETTING and USING the Epic pass is an EPIC failure. Despite ordering 3 passes (all to the same address & prepaid) early in November for a January ski trip, only ONE pass arrived. We were assured that ANY resort could print the remaining 2 passes.

A friend of mine has family out in park city that bought him an Epic pass for when he visited a couple times. I was headed out for a ski trip over spring break and he let me use it.
