Im not sure this business havms an F rating. They are Wonderful. I have ordered over 40 pairs so far and have not had a problem. They are delivered quickly. Never had to make a return. Although I did order the wrong size and they fixed the problem right away so I didnt have to do a return. The materail is soft,stretchy and is not sheer at all. I love fabulegs and would strongly recommend them to all.

I am a long time customer & love this business! The customer service is excellent & i have received a fast response to the couple of emails sent. Melissa &/or Ericka are quick to answer any Facebook customer questions also. Anyone reading the few complaints should take them with a grain of salt. This company has pre orders that have ship date stated before ordering & Fabulegs has no control over postal errors. If it is marked delivered to address then customer must contact post office! These are the absolute best leggings I have ever worn. I have some the have been washed & worn dozens of times that still look new! Very comfortable with stretch that immediately returns to original shape. No piling or holes on any of my 40+ pair!

I have never had any communication with the owner but her leggings are amazing for my disability they even have purple ribbon leggings! I love them, got some for my daughter and she loves them. I'm not sure how she has an F rating with 98% positive reviews. The items I ordered were shipped out super fast you'd have think she had amazon prime on her side! I say it's the BBB job to update her rating!
