I visited Build a Bear at Cribbs… I visited Build a Bear at Cribbs Causeway, Bristol on 18th Nov '19. I was served by one of the staff on duty, (Kiera I think) during lunch time. I love build a bear and have for years, but for God's sake please hire better customer service. There's a one hour window to cancel/edit orders. Rosie (a rude customer service manager) told me their warehouses are currently working 24 hours, but their call centers aren't.

Build a bear book. I bought the build a bear book for my granddaughter, and because it doesn't come with the bear it is a waste of time.
