Our Sleep+ glasses align with the academic literature and block 100% of blue and green light from 400-550nm. They are to be worn post-sunset.
Our SummerGlo glasses block out blue light from 400-450nm, this is the frequencies of light that damage the eyes, cause digital eyestrain and disrupt your hormones. The cleverly designed yellow tint also causes a hormone boost during the day making you feel absolutely great!
Our BluLite Computer glasses filter down blue light by around 40% across the entire blue spectrum between 400-495nm. This allows for less eye strain, headaches and dry eyes.
Which colour lenses do I need?
Whenever you are exposed to artificial light you should be wearing BLUblox glasses. If you work in an office you need BluLite lenses, if you suffer from depression, anxiety or S.A.D you need SummerGlo lenses for the daytime. Do you offer prescription and reading glasses?
Prescription glasses can be single or multifocal options and are made in our optics lab.
For readers, you easily select your magnification between +1.00 to +3.00 at the checkout once you have chosen your frames and lens colour. We offer readers in +0.25 increments.
How do I know what frames will fit me?
We understand it can be hard to select the right size frame as we all have very different face shapes.
