I felt like their website was clean and easy to navigate, personalization was equal to TinyPrints, the selection was much larger than Tiny Prints (at least for Holiday cards) and the price was much lower when I added in the black Friday discount. I also received my cards within a week even though I did not pay for a faster turnaround.

for item, when I called to ask for replacements Tiny Prints let me know they didn't have anything better because "that's a weird card size."
