In case you enter a discount code during checkout that doesn't exist or isn't currently active, then you can see the message: “Unable to find a valid discount matching the code entered”.

Of course not, most coupons may be used only by you when you received them directly from NGX. As the NGX coupon includes your User ID, it cannot be resold or transferred in any way.

Once you find available coupon codes and are approved by the NGX official store, you can submit them to us at Coupon Submission. We are not responsible for the reliability of coupons provided by customers.

NGX can offer international shipping for certain purchases but not all orders. Check out their shipping policy to know if your order can be internationally shipped or not.
