As with other reviews customer care is non-existent. I purchased two pillows but only opened one to test. My wife found it quite comfortable but grossly overpriced but it was no good for me. I have sent several emails but have not received a response so I will probably give my unused pillow to charity once the current pandemic is under control.

 · Reviewed in the United States on April 6, 2020 I was disappointed when I read the label on the towels that they were made in Pakistan (USA grown cotton per the label). My first set of My Pillow towels were labeled "Made in USA". Amazon's web site did not say where this towel set was made, so do not expect to get USA made towels.
