How long will it take for my order to ship?
Can I see a preview/proof of my design before production?
We do not send previews of stickers unless we encounter an issue while tracing. We completely stand by the quality of our product and design but if you need a preview please leave us a note while checking out that you would like one. Please use an active email address as we ask you to confirm the preview within 24 hours to ensure a quick production time.
How do I know if my photo is good enough?

Can I upload multiple faces on a sheet or booklet?
Yes! You can view all our products that allow for 2 different faces here.
We also have a 6 different face bundle option here.
Should I pre-trace out of my face?
Please do not send us pre-traced/pre cut-out faces. The best outcome for stickers is when we receive the original photo.
Can you trace the full body?
Yes but only at certain sizes. Check out all our Full Body Stickers here.
How can I reorder a past order?
To place a reorder, sign into your MSF account and it will bring you to your account panel. Click Orders to view your past orders. Click on the order you would like to reorder and there will be a Reorder button on the top right corner. Please note that we do not save your print file so your order may differ slightly from your previous order.
Can I rush my order?/I need my order by a certain date.
At this time we do not have a rush option. A rush shipping option is available at checkout. If you need your stickers by a specific date please send us an email via the contact form and our team will help you the best we can!
Can I upload an image of my favorite sports team or company?
No.
Do you offer quantity/bulk discounts?
Yes! Quantity discounts are listed under the Bulk Discounts link on the product listing. We also offer discounted Sticker Packs. If you need more than 50 pieces please fill out our Custom Orders form.
Can I get custom sticker sheets for my business/event/store?

Our stickers are very durable. They are printed with durable inks onto matte finish vinyl. They will hold up inside and outside and they also hold up in the dishwasher!
Are sticker faces safe to put on vehicles?
Yes!
Can sticker faces be removed?
Of course! Even though they will stick for years, sticker faces can be peeled off with a little effort. If by chance there is residue left behind try a little bit of adhesive remover.
