Amenity Health was founded in 2011 by retired physician Carl Melcher, M.D., a well-respected doctor in the San Diego, California area, and former UCSD medical professor. After several years of thorough and rigorous development, MedCline was clinically verified by former AGA president, Donald O Castell, M.D. using an impedance/PH study performed at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Castell and his team found MedCline to be far superior at reducing acid exposure than a traditional bed wedge. Later that year, Scott Gabbard, M.D. of Cleveland Clinic approached Amenity Health interested in testing the MedCline reflux relief system using validated quality of life questionnaires, designed to specifically tabulate nocturnal GERD symptoms. The results from these studies were overwhelmingly positive, showing better score improvements than a leading proton-pump inhibitor (PPI) drug for which the questionnaires were originally drafted. Medcline makes two pillow options that each have the wedge stylefor those that need extra support. From someone who can call himself a "Medcline expert", I recommend just buying the Torso support (EDIT: direct from their site) from Medcline and using two pillows instead (one for head, one for knees). The torso support is still the best of its kind IMO and well worth it. The body pillow is an absolute travesty.

I would urge MedCline to quit gaming the system and put the real reviews on their website, not just the positive ones that suit their marketing department. The MedCline pillow might not work for a lot of folks like me who are bigger framed gym rats with large arms/upper bodies. I'm, 6'1" and 215 pounds with 18" upper arms and a 46" chest.
