I purchased the JerkyGent Subscription Box, when will I be charged each month?
You will be charged for your first box on the day you place the order and your first box will ship within 1 business day. All future boxes will be charged on the 10th of each month and ship within 1 business day.
However, there is a cutoff window for your second box to maximize time between your first and second box. The cutoff window is the 25th-10th of the following month. For example:
- If you purchase your initial order on January 28th (inside the cutoff window), your first box will be charged on Jan 28, your February box will be skipped, and your second box will be charged on March 10th.
- If you purchase your initial order on January 23rd (outside the cutoff window), your first box will be charged on Jan 23rd and your second box will be charged on Feb 10.
