Cole Haan is very dishonest. Cole Haan is very dishonest. I purchased 2 pair of boots on Cyber Monday at 9am. Note that they say that Cyber Monday is not a business day, yet they placed that no where on their site. I paid for 2 day shipping. I have contacted their Customer Service twice (the 2nd guy, Michael, was actually wonderful).

Cole Haan rarely disappoints and as expected, these are well made and super comfy. For my wife's petite tender fashionista feet, these required zero break in before bringing on vacation calling for a lot of walking, although these aren't explicitly purposeful to be 'walking shoes.'.

I usually buy all my work shoes from Cole Haan. They are usually so comfortable and last forever. I tried this pair as they were a shorter heel and I'm on my feet all day (teacher). Within a few hours, my ankles were all cut up, I had blisters and my gel toe polish even rubbed off.

 · Cole Haan used to make their loafers here in the USA and they were quite good. Very comfortable and durable. Several years ago, they shifted manufacture to Mexico. There was a slight deterioration in quality, but they were still comfortable and durable.

 · Cole Haan was a great company to work for but within the last year they began to take away great incentives from the associates including the managers such as bonuses. The store will have meet 100% sales in order to get a bonus. There aren’t any hours which makes it impossible to meet sales goals and make decent commission.

I've owned my current Cole Haan Tucker Venetian shoes for 8 years. Loved every minute of them and its finally time to replace them. I've tried 3 times now to order this shoe off Amazon and each time, similar to other reviews, the wrong shoe is coming in the package. It looks like the Grand Slip On II.
