Jennifer Getter is owner and designer for Stitch Upon a Time. She would love to be exploring, taking pictures, or creating beautiful things in every other form. She like to take an idea and immediately run with it. This spontaneous trait has led to some of her best successes and working on what she’m currently most passionate about leads to patterns that are thorough, clear, and on trend. Digital Patterns:
Due to the digital nature of PDF Patterns, we will not refund any orders in which the pattern has been downloaded. In cases of duplicate patterns purchased, please contact us and we will be happy to help on a case-by-case basis.
Physical Goods:
Please inspect the contents of your package as soon as your order arrives. Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you can return your item(s). All physical goods have a 14 day return time that starts on the day the tracking shows the package was delivered. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Once the item is returned in its original condition (unwashed, not cut), we will refund the original price paid, minus shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee. Fabrics which are cut, washed, or altered are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Cancelling a Class:
Due to the limited availability of spaces, if you need to cancel a class then we will only offer a full refund or transfer admission to another class if notice of cancellation is received at least seven days before the reserved class.
If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you on a different day. You may transfer your ticket to someone else if you prefer. We will just need their contact details (name, e-mail address and telephone number) in advance so that arrangements can be made and class details can be passed on. To cancel a class, please email us at support@StitchUponaTime.com and write “class cancellation” in the subject.
Rarely, we may have to cancel a class. If that happens we will give you as much notice as possible and will try to accommodate you on a different date, or refund your fee paid, whichever you prefer. We do not accept liability for travel or other costs.
Are Stitch Upon a Time patterns beginner-friendly?
Most of our patterns are rated for confident beginners. This means that you should be able to understand basic sewing terms and have the patience to take it slowly. You can always ask in our facebook group or message us for help.
